JUNGLE GYMS | TERMS & CONDITIONS | AGREEMENT | DISCLAIMER
General Terms and Conditions of our business Creator Creations (hereinafter referred to as ” Creator Creations”) shall apply to all contracts concluded between a consumer or a trader (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”).
- Changes to any of our Jungle Gyms must be agreed to when accepting the quotation and upon receiving the final Job Card. The Job card is to be signed as approval of specifications in the Job card and of the attached terms and conditions agreement.
- Deposit as written on Final Job Card is to be paid prior to ordering of materials/equipment.
- It is the Customers’ responsibility to identify any underground water pipes, sewers and/or electrical cables located on the property at the site of jungle gym. Any damages or delays resulting from excavations for the planting of poles will be to the Customers’ account. Creator Creations will not be held liable for any damages incurred.
- The Customer is responsible for providing electrical power supply within 20m of the of the jungle gym site.
- Our quote of installation time and costs are based on the assumption that excavation/s are in soft/diggable soil only. Any extra unforeseen time delays, will be added to the Customers’ account.
- Please note the following weight and age restrictions:

- Maximum user weight on standard accessories, standard slides and rope bridge is 45 Kg.
- Maximum user weight on fibreglass 3m slide(s), wooden platform(s) or Tower(s) is 120 Kg.
Not suitable for children under 2 years old.
Suitable for children from 2 to 14 years old. - It is not advised that children aged 2-5 are un-supervised. It is always advised that adult supervision is nearby whenever jungle gym is in use.
- Creator Creations will not be held liable or responsible for any damages or injuries caused by negligence, natural causes or misuse of the jungle gym.
- Our timber suppliers are SABS approved and comply with the SABS standards. Wooden poles and planks are natural products that are subject to various imperfections. These are CCA treated, providing long-term protection against attack by wood-destroying fungi, insect larvae and termites. Additional exterior wood sealer is applied to further protect from weather conditions (moisture and UV)
- Maintenance recommendations:
- Regular maintenance of the wooden Jungle Gym structure is advised at 6 – 12 month periods, depending on the weather conditions it was exposed to in that time frame and the overall condition of the jungle gym.
- We recommend and advise the fibreglass slides to be maintained monthly with polish such as cobra.
- Warrantee of our workmanship and equipment/accessories supplied are for a period of one year from the date of completion, whereas Creator Creations agrees to inspect the nature of any damage(s) or error, and should our findings be clearly indicative that the fault is that of Creator Creations, we will happily restore the error on Creator Creations account. However should the damage/error be indicative of the jungle gym user or otherwise, we will restore the damage on the Customers’ account. Guarantee of the lifespan of a well-maintained Jungle Gym is 10 years +.
- The Jungle Gym structure and equipment/accessories remains exclusive property of Creator Creations, until the agreed written cost as per final approved Job Card has been paid in full. Creator Creations reserves the right to access the property to deconstruct and collect our property, should the final balance not be paid within 7 working day(s) of final completion and approved sign-off receipt. Any delays in payment must please be communicated in writing.
Order cancellation
4.1 Orders may be cancelled if production has not begun and the deposit paid will be refunded.
4.2 In the event production has begun, 50% deposit paid will be forfeited.

We will not be held liable in any way for any injury, loss or damage caused by the use of the Jungle Gym. All structures are to be used in
full compliance with their purpose, with care and under strict adult supervision.
